It could mean remembering their favorite cocktail and having it ready, or a special place card like a mini bespoke ginger jar they can take home. I was taught to keep a book of my guests’ likes, dislikes, allergies, etc. so when I am entertaining I can make sure my guests feel as though they have been individually thought about!”
